Well, that was about a month ago, and I have not seen it yet.
Last week I sent an eMail to their customer service department. No reply.
Today I called. Got voicemail.
Went back to the receptionist and told her that I needed to speak with someone today. She explained that they were very busy and that I need to leave a message if I want to talk to someone. My attempts at arguing were cut off by her transfering me back to voice mail.
I called back, and asked to speak to a manager. Which got me... you guessed it. Voice mail.
I called back. I explained that I had sent eMail and (lied and said that I had,) left messages and none of my attempts to resolve this issue had been resolved. I explained that if I did not get to talk to someone today, I would be contacting the BBB.
Can I have your number please? Someone will call you right back.
Three hours later, I called back again. Explained my situation again. Got a Nancy on the phone.
It would appear that when they said my order would take 5-7 business days to arrive, they were lying. It will actually take approximately 5 weeks. Oh, and I see that item is on back order.
I cancelled the order. I've learned my lesson.
